WinCDEmu 4.0 Beta 1 released

Today we have released the first beta of WinCDEmu 4.0. It contains the improvements that have been requested by the community that make your experience with optical disc images easy as never before.

You can now create an ISO image from any drive or folder by simply right-clicking on it:

WinCDEmu will then employ an open-source tool called mkisofs to make the image completely automatically:

You can also replace an image mounted to a drive without removing that drive by simply right-clicking on teh drive:

The portable version has also been greatly improved. It supports replacing the image wihout removing the drive as well:

It also supports command-line invocation equivalent to batchmnt.exe:

We have also fixed the small annoyances related to the portable driver deinstallation.

WinCDEmu is free, open-source and does not come with any toolbars or other adware. You can download the WinCDEmu 4.0 beta here and the portable version here.
